"Note": "La modificación del contrato se debe a la concurrencia del supuesto de modificación indicado en el pliego. En concreto, desde el pasado 2 de julio del año 2025, hasta el momento
\nactual, pasados ocho meses, los valores de ocupación de este CETI se han visto incrementados de forma creciente y continuada por encima del umbral fijado del 10% (equivalente a 563 personas).
\nActualmente, el número de personas asistidas en el CETI, supera con creces su capacidad máxima de 512 plazas, situándose a fecha 28/02/2026 en torno a un 81% por encima de su valor basal. Dicha sobre ocupación, lejos de lo esperado, ha pasado a ser una constante repercutiendo de forma severa sobre los contratos -especialmente- sobre los de suministros.",
