"Note": "Desarrollará el contenido de las prescripciones exigidas en los pliegos del contrato, y en el que se contemplará al menos, los siguientes aspectos:
\n- Aspectos generales de funcionamiento y organización del Contrato cuando reciba la encomienda de cada una de las delegaciones en cuyos lotes está dividido el contrato, organización y objetivos de los servicios, programación de las actividades, sistemas de evaluación y seguimiento, para poder cumplir con el plazo máximo requerido de suministro de cada una de las maquinarias.
\n- Planificación y ejecución de incidencias: métodos y sistemas propuestos para la optimización de las órdenes de trabajo, en breve espacio de tiempo, así como sucompatibilización con los sistemas de demanda externa existentes teniendo en cuenta las temporadas.
\n- Medidas propuestas para garantizar las calidades de las maquinarias que se empleen, de los medios que se utilicen y, especialmente los procedimientos para el seguimiento de actuaciones ejecutadas que garanticen la calidad de las mismas.
\n- Medios personales. Plantilla de personal a adscribir al servicio público: número, cualificación y distribución, así como relación de profesionales en función de las prescripciones técnicas exigidas, dedicación y adscripción al servicio.
\n- Memoria descriptiva de los medios de transporte y vehículos especializados de conformidad a las características y requerimientos detallados en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas particulares.
\n- Protocolos de actuación frente a emergencias. Se describirá el procedimiento a seguir en caso de aviso de emergencias para poder cumplir con los plazos que se requieren según pliego.
\n- Medidas de gestión ambiental y de residuos generados en el Contrato. Se valorará positivamente la metodología, la organización de las actividades, el análisis, planificación y objetivos prioritarios a conseguir, la gestión de RCD, la adecuación, coherencia, racionalidad y viabilidad detallada de los trabajos a desarrollar, así como de los recursos asignados (características de la maquinaria y medios personales ofertados), conforme a los trabajos a realizar y resultados que se esperan obtener. Este apartado se puntuará hasta un máximo de 18 puntos.",

"Note": "Conocimiento del medio donde se va a desarrollar el arrendamiento de maquinaria, la detección de los problemas existentes en cada zona, así como las propuestas de solución y actuaciones sobre ellas. En este apartado se valorará toda aquella documentación derivada del análisis y estudio previo que los licitadores efectúen sobre la problemática y las condiciones actuales del ámbito de la actuación teniendo en cuenta las delegaciones en los que se ha dividido cada uno de los lotes, valorándose positivamente el grado de conocimiento del trabajo a realizar, así como del medio donde se ejecutarán los trabajos, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes lotes que se diferencia en función de las Delegaciones. Este apartado se puntuará hasta un máximo de 30 puntos.",
