"Note": "Se pondera con hasta 30 puntos el compromiso de la licitadora, en caso de resultar adjudicataria, de aumentar el plazo de garantía fijado en el PCAP. 
\nPara que este compromiso pueda ser baremado, será requisito imprescindible que se formule por la licitadora de conformidad con el Anexo IV del PCAP. Se valorará la extensión en la garantía, sobre los mínimos exigidos (1 año), de la obra en su conjunto y en los componentes individualmente.
