    "Description": "PRIMERO.- Declarar válida la licitación y adjudicar el contrato para la prestación de los servicios de EL TALLER MUNICIPAL DE TEATRO PARA LOS CURSOS ESCOLARES 2024-2025 y 2025-2026*, *tramitado mediante procedimiento abierto simplificado abreviado, a la mercantil MESTRES, S.C. con N.I.F. J-12902458, por la siguiente oferta:

\n- Oferta económica: 42 € más 8,82 € de IVA, lo que suma un total de 50,82 € (IVA incluido) por hora efectiva de taller
\n
\n- Ofrece: 15 horas extraordinarias (fuera del horario establecido)
\n
\nTodo ello de acuerdo con lo establecido en los pliegos de prescripciones técnicas y cláusulas administrativas particulares del presente contrato, cuyo contenido la mercantil adjudicataria declara conocer y acepta plenamente, manifestando expresamente que en la elaboración de su oferta se han tenido en cuenta las obligaciones derivadas de las disposiciones vigentes en materia de fiscalidad, protección del medio ambiente, protección del empleo, igualdad de género, condiciones de trabajo, prevención de riesgos laborales e inserción socio-laboral de las personas con discapacidad.
\n
\nSEGUNDO.- El precio máximo para la duración total del contrato, asciende a la cantidad de 29.220,00 € (VEINTINUEVE MIL DOSCIENTOS VEINTE EUROS), más 6.136,2 € (SEIS MIL CIENTO TREINTA Y SEIS EUROS CON VEINTE CÉNTIMOS) de IVA, lo que supone un total de 35.356,2 € (TREINTA Y CINCO MIL TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y SEIS EUROS CON VEINTE CÉNTIMOS) IVA incluido.
\n
\nNo obstante, el precio del taller se calculará teniendo en cuenta la fecha de su comienzo y las horas del servicio efectivamente prestado.
\n
\nTERCERO.- La duración del contrato, es decir, la impartición de las clases será la que se detalla a continuación:
\n
\nPara el curso escolar 2024-2025, se deberá iniciar inmediatamente después de la fecha de formalización del contrato y finalizará el 19 de junio de 2025.
\n
\nPara el curso escolar 2025-2026, se deberá iniciar el 17 de octubre de 2025 y finalizará el 18 de junio de 2026",
