"Note": "Este criterio valora el plazo de entrega de los artículos objeto del expediente, relacionados en el Anexo 1 de la cláusula 2 del PPT.
\nPara la valoración de este criterio se realizan las siguientes precisiones:
\nEl plazo de entrega total de cada una de las ofertas se calculará sumando los plazos de entrega de cada uno de los artículos ofertados.
\nEl plazo se ofertará en días naturales.
\nA efectos de atribución de puntos, no se considerarán plazos de entrega de artículos inferiores a sesenta días naturales. Por ello los plazos de entrega menores a este periodo de tiempo se considerarán referidos a sesenta días.
\nSi un licitador ofertara un rango de plazos se considerará, para el cómputo del plazo de entrega, el máximo del rango. En su caso se aplicará lo dispuesto en el punto anterior.
\nEn caso de que un licitador estime entregas parciales se considerará, para el cómputo del plazo de entrega, el de la última entrega.
\nSi un licitador no oferta algún artículo o referencia se considerará, a efectos de valoración de este criterio, que dicho artículo tiene un plazo de entrega igual al de la oferta con mayor plazo de entrega de los restantes licitadores incrementada en un 20%.
\nEn caso de que un licitador oferte para algún artículo un plazo de entrega superior a la vigencia del contrato, estos artículos se considerarán no ofertados",
