      "Note": "Con fecha 28 de abril de 2026, el Vicerrector de Innovación, Transferencia del Conocimiento y Emprendimiento solicita la modificación del contrato en las siguientes condiciones:&#xD;\n&#xD;\nNecesidad y justificación:&#xD;\n“Se requiere de una ampliación de plazo para el Hito 3 del contrato mencionado, para poder cumplir con los plazos previstos de entrega, instalación y puesta en marcha.&#xD;\nEl motivo de la solicitud de ampliación es que, a fecha de fin de contrato, no es posible cumplir con los plazos de entrega establecidos por los proveedores debido a problemas logísticos derivados de especificaciones de fabricación solicitadas a la USE. También se han producido retrasos debido trámites de exportación e importación por tratarse de sistemas calificados como de doble uso que han requerido de firmas y autorizaciones por parte del Ministerio de Economía, Comercio y Empresa.&#xD;\nAdemás, la empresa adjudicataria del contrato (Alegría Activity) acompaña en su solicitud de ampliación de plazo un informe relativo al estado actual de los diferentes componentes que conforman la Unidad Móvil objeto del contrato detallando el estado de recepción de cada uno de ellos, así como de la adaptación del vehículo base, expresando la necesidad de recepcionar algunos de ellos antes de proceder con la modificación de chasis o carenados del vehículo debido a su compleja instalación.&#xD;\nCon todo lo anterior, por necesidades del propio órgano de contratación, en virtud del artículo 193 LCSP e independientemente de las responsabilidades que se pudieran imputar al contratista por el incumplimiento de plazos, se estima como necesaria la ampliación del plazo solicitado para la finalización del contrato”.&#xD;\n&#xD;\nModificación propuesta:&#xD;\n“Se solicita una ampliación de plazo de 18 semanas, con nueva fecha de finalización de contrato, el 8 de julio de 2026”.&#xD;",
