"Description": "Se ha considerado necesario que, de forma acumulativa, se acredite la solvencia técnica
\no profesional a través de los dos medios previstos en el artículo 89.1 de la LCSP siguientes:
\n1. Relación de los principales suministros realizados de igual o similar naturaleza
\nque los que constituyen el objeto del contrato en el curso de como máximo los tres
\núltimos años, en la que se indique el importe, la fecha y el destinatario, público o
\nprivado de los mismos, habiendo de ser el importe anual acumulado en el año de
\nmayor ejecución, igual o superior al 70% el valor estimado del lote
\ncorrespondiente del Acuerdo Marco.Se entenderá de igual o similar naturaleza los que se correspondan con los tres primeros dígitos
\ndel CPV señalado para el objeto del contrato que se señala en el Cuadro Resumen de
\nCaracterísticas del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares.
\nLos suministros efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el
\nórgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público; cuando el
\ndestinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por este o, a falta de este
\ncertificado, mediante una declaración del empresario acompañado de los documentos obrantes
\nen poder del mismo que acrediten la realización de la prestación; en su caso estos certificados
\nserán comunicados directamente al órgano de contratación por la autoridad competente.
\nEl cómputo se efectuará hasta la fecha de finalización del plazo para la presentación de
\nproposiciones u ofertas.
\n2. Muestras, descripciones y fotografías de los productos a suministrar, cuya
\nautenticidad pueda certificarse a petición de la entidad contratante: La empresa
\npropuesta como adjudicataria, dentro del plazo establecido en el artº.150.2 de la LCSP,
\ndeberá poner a disposición del Servicio Extremeño de Salud:
\n• Ficha técnica del equipo ofertado donde se indique de forma clara y concisa, los
\nvalores y características que contiene el apartado 3 del Pliego de Prescripciones
\nTécnicas. El formato de la ficha técnica seguirá el orden que está establecido en
\nla descripción de características de cada equipo en dicho apartado 3. La redacción
\nserá en castellano.

\nofertado",
