"Description": "Las empresas licitadoras acreditarán su solvencia económica con la presentación del DEUC, que se pone a disposición de los licitadores en la herramienta de presentación de ofertas de la PLACSP, en el que se manifestará que el volumen anual de negocios, referido al mayor volumen de los últimos tres años disponibles en función de las fechas de constitución o de inicio de actividades del empresario y de la presentación de las ofertas, es de un importe igual o superior a: LOTE 1: 1174872,00 euros, LOTE 2: 318480,00 euros, LOTE 3: 957000,00 euros, LOTE 4: 330618,00 euros, LOTE 5: 9180,00euros, LOTE 6: 280080,00euros, LOTE 7: 415956,00euros, LOTE 8: 353310,00 euros, LOTE 9: 71808,00 euros, LOTE 10: 227016,00 euros, LOTE 11: 120924,00euros. Aceptada la propuesta de adjudicación de la mesa de contratación, se requerirá al propuesto como adjudicatario, conforme al artículo 150.2 de la LCSP, para que acredite, siempre que no lo hubiera acreditado con anterioridad, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 140.3 de la LCSP, su solvencia económica mediante la presentación de la documentación a que se refiere el artículo 87.3 a) de la LCSP, sin perjuicio de que la acreditación de la solvencia económica de las personas naturales o jurídicas inscritas en los Registros o listas Oficiales de contratistas, se ajustará a lo dispuesto en los artículos 96 y 97 de la LCSP.",

"Description": "La solvencia técnica o profesional se acreditará con la presentación de la declaración responsable que se pone a disposición de los licitadores en la herramienta de presentación de ofertas de la PLACSP. Se requerirá al propuesto como adjudicatario, conforme al artículo 150.2 de la LCSP, para que acredite, siempre que no lo hubiera acreditado con anterioridad, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 140.3 de la LCSP, su solvencia técnica, mediante una relación de los principales trabajos realizados de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato en el curso de, como máximo los tres últimos años, en la que se indique el importe, la fecha y el destinatario, público o privado de los mismos. A efectos de determinar la correspondencia entre los suministros acreditados y los que constituyen el objeto del contrato se atenderá a la coincidencia entre los tres primeros dígitos de sus respectivos códigos CPV.
