"Description": "En concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 69 del ROTT, los licitadores deberán acreditar:
\n a) Que cuentan con aquella o aquellas autorizaciones de transporte público que correspondan en función del tipo de vehículos que hayan de adscribirse a la prestación del servicio. Ello sin perjuicio de lo previsto en la cláusula 7.6. del PCAP.
\n b) Que dispone del número de vehículos amparados en tales autorizaciones y la experiencia suficientes para garantizar la adecuada prestación de forma continuada de los servicios señalados en el Pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y prescripciones técnicas.
\nAsí, los licitadores deberán acreditar los tres extremos siguientes:
\n • La prestación de al menos un servicio de transporte público de viajeros por carretera, dentro del período comprendido en los cinco años previos a la licitación, y durante un tiempo mínimo no inferior a un año continuado.
\n • La adscripción al conjunto de servicios que preste durante el período anterior de, al menos, 180 vehículos, equivalente el 50 % de número de buses exigidos por la Cláusula 2.1.4 del PPT para asegurar la correcta regularidad y calidad del servicio previstos para el año de inicio de la concesión.
\n • La adscripción de vehículos de tecnología eléctrica de propulsión al conjunto de servicios que preste durante el período anterior que hayan recorrido, en el mejor de los años, un mínimo de 1.000.000,00 kilómetros anuales.
\n
\nEn el supuesto de que varias empresas presenten una proposición conjunta, con respecto a cada uno de los criterios de solvencia técnica y profesional, deberá resultar acreditado que, al menos una de tales empresas, cumple las condiciones mínimas exigidas en el presente Pliego.
