"Description": "La solvencia económica y financiera de la empresa deberá acreditarse por el volumen anual de negocios de la empresa licitadora, que referido al año de mayor volumen de negocios de los tres últimos concluidos deberá ser, para cada uno de los lotes, al menos una vez el valor estimado del contrato.
\nEl volumen anual de negocios se acreditará por medio de las cuentas anuales aprobadas y presentadas en el Registro Mercantil. Los empresarios individuales inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil. En caso de empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil, mediante las declaraciones del IVA presentadas en el periodo citado, teniendo en cuenta la suma de los importes declarados en concepto de base imponible que figuran en las declaraciones trimestrales.
\nCuando por una razón válida una empresa no estuviera en condiciones de presentar los certificados o documentos acreditativos señalados, se le autorizará a acreditar su solvencia económica y financiera por medio de cualquier otro documento que el órgano de contratación considere apropiado.
