\nSe valorarán condiciones de la garantía superiores a las establecidas en el PCAP y en el PPT con una puntuación máxima de 10 puntos. En concreto se valorarán las siguientes condiciones: 1) Plazo de garantía: Se otorgarán 2,5 puntos por cada año adicional del mismo tipo de garantía con respecto a los 5 años exigidos en el PPT (máximo 5 puntos), como se indica en la tabla correspondiente del CRC (Anexo I) 2) Tiempo máximo de resolución de incidencias durante el periodo de garantía: Se otorgarán 5 puntos a la oferta que presente el menor tiempo máximo de resolución de incidencias, estableciéndose un mínimo admisible de 4 horas. El resto de las ofertas se valorarán de forma proporcional conforme a la fórmula establecida en el apartado correspondiente del CRC (Anexo I).",

"Note": "De conformidad con el apartado 8.1. del CRC (Anexo I) y, en concreto, con lo establecido para el criterio de adjudicación \"Ampliación de garantía\" del lote 2. Se valorarán condiciones de la garantía superiores a las establecidas en el PCAP y en el PPT con una puntuación máxima de 10 puntos. En concreto se valorarán las siguientes condiciones: 1) Plazo de garantía: Se otorgarán 5 puntos por cada año adicional del mismo tipo de garantía con respecto a los 3 años exigidos en el PPT (máximo 5 puntos), conforme a lo indicado en la tabla establecida para este criterio en el CRC (Anexo I). 2) Tiempo máximo de resolución de incidencias durante el periodo de garantía: Se otorgarán 5 puntos a la oferta que presente el menor tiempo máximo de resolución de incidencias, estableciéndose un mínimo admisible de 4 horas. El resto de las ofertas se valorarán de forma proporcional, conforme a la fórmula establecida para este criterio en el CRC (Anexo I).
