"Description": "Lote 1: - La solvencia técnica del empresario deberá ser acreditada con la presentación de una relación de las obras ejecutadas en el curso de los cinco últimos años, que sean de igual o similar naturaleza a los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, cuyo importe anual acumulado en el año de mayor ejecución sea igual o superior al 70% del valor estimado del contrato al que licita, la relación deberá incluir importes, fechas y el destinatario de los trabajos y vendrá avalada por certificados de buena ejecución.
\nLote 2 al 8: Para demostrar la solvencia técnica, el empresario aportará la siguiente documentación: Acreditar un volumen total de suministros realizados por el licitador en el curso de los tres últimos años, de igual o similar naturaleza de los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, que incluya importe, fechas y destinatario, público o privado, de los mismos, siendo el requisito mínimo que el importe anual acumulado en el año de mayor ejecución sea igual o superior al setenta por ciento de la anualidad media de cada uno de los lotes a los que se presente.
\nLa buena ejecución de suministros quedará avalada mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público; cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por este o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario acompañado de los documentos obrantes en poder del mismo que acrediten la realización de la prestación, en los que se indique se indique el importe, la fecha y el destinatario, público o privado de los mismos.

\nNo obstante lo anterior, a efectos de concurrir a la licitación este requisito se considerará cumplido mediante la declaración responsable que se ajusta al Documento Europeo Único de Contratación, Anexo I del PCAP.",
