"Note": "1.- Bolsa económica anual, durante la vigencia del contrato y de las prórrogas, para:
\n- La adquisición de mobiliario, maquinaria y equipamiento de nueva adquisición no recogido como obligación de la adjudicataria en el PPT, que sea necesario para el desarrollo del servicio, ajustado a la normativa vigente y cuya adquisición requerirá del visto bueno previo del IAS. La implantación será durante el primer trimestre de contrato y primer trimestre del año en los sucesivos años del contrato.
\n- La dotación, mantenimiento y reposición de equipamiento electrónico y nuevas tecnologías destinado a la intervención con las personas usuarias: equipamiento estimulación sensorial (salas snouzelen), dispositivos de uso individual para la prevención del uso de contenciones y el control de errantes (pulsera, alfombras, sensor de presencia en cama, camas ultrabajas y similares), pizarras digitales, tabletas, gafas de realidad virtual, ordenadores de sobremesa táctiles para las personas usuarias y similares, conforme a las calidades y descripciones que se especifican en el Anexo VI del PPT, cuya ejecución requerirá el visto bueno previo del IAS.
\nSe valorará con la máxima puntuación a la mejor oferta y las demás según la fórmula de proporcionalidad, siendo el importe mínimo a ofertar de 9.000 euros al año.",

"Note": "Bolsa económica para programa de atención a la salud con especialistas externos/as (tales como dentista, ginecología, digestivo, entre otros) durante la vigencia del contrato y prórrogas de las personas usuarias a través de la realización de actividades preventivas y asistenciales fuera o en el propio centro. Incluirá los traslados y el acompañamiento a consulta cuando se requiera.
\nEn la oferta se deberá presentar el programa de atención a la salud para autorización previa del IAS.
\nAnualmente la empresa adjudicataria deberá aportar las facturas que acrediten el gasto efectuado con relación a este criterio y, en caso de no haberse efectuado el gasto, se deberá presentar propuesta alternativa con aprobación previa del IAS para su puesta en marcha.

"Note": "2.1.- Utilización de dispositivos y productos de limpieza, lavandería con certificación ambiental avalados por ecoetiquetas europeas, distintivos de garantía de calidad ambiental o certificados equivalentes. La valoración será conforme a:
\n- Utilización del 100% de los productos de limpieza para el centro (en general y la cocina). Puntuación: 1 punto.
\n- Utilización del 100% de los productos de lavandería: Puntuación. 1 punto.
\n2.2.- Uso de productos biodegrables y de higiene personal para las personas usuarias, puntuándose de la siguiente forma:
\n- Utilización del 100% de los productos de papel de celulosa con ecoetiquetas. Puntuación: 2 puntos.
\nEn el momento de la oferta deberán presentar ficha técnica de los productos y compromiso de cumplimiento.
\nLa implantación deberá ser durante del primer mes del inicio del contrato y su uso se ha de mantener durante toda su duración.
\n2.3.- Formación anual de al menos 2 horas (durante cada año de contrato y sus prórrogas) para todo el personal sobre medidas medioambientales aplicables en el centro de trabajo.
\nPuntuación: 1 punto. Se valorará con la máxima puntuación a la mejor oferta y las demás según la fórmula de proporcionalidad.",

"Note": "Bolsa económica anual para financiar actividades deportivas, de ocio y tiempo libre, así como talleres impartidos por personal externo a cargo de la empresa adjudicataria, durante la vigencia del contrato y de las prórrogas.
\nSiendo a cargo de la empresa adjudicataria los gastos de traslados, manutención, entradas y similares y del personal inherente al desarrollo de las actividades. Con anterioridad se remitirá la propuesta de la programación para su valoración y aprobación por el IAS.
\nA modo de ejemplo, taller social de radio, de intervención asistida con animales, de surf, carrovela, musicoterapia, de nuevas tecnologías, excursiones fuera de la isla, actividades que incluyan pernoctas, actividades deportivas externas al centro no recogidas en el PPT, entre otros.
\nLa metodología de los talleres (evaluación inicial, seguimiento y final; registros, objetivos, entre otros), actividades y profesionales, deberá ajustarse al perfil de las personas usuarias, a sus intereses y preferencias. Las sesiones serán semanales o quincenales, con duración mínima de 1 hora y máxima de 1,5 horas. El personal que lo imparta estará formado en la materia y contará con todo lo estipulado en cuanto a cumplimiento de la norma en materia laboral (siendo en todo caso, externo al servicio).
\nLos gastos que se deriven de los talleres serán por cuenta de la empresa adjudicataria (transporte, material, entre otros).
\nPara su posterior seguimiento, la empresa aportará en el momento de la oferta el proyecto que proponen para el desarrollo de este criterio.
\nSe valorará con la máxima puntuación a la mejor oferta y las demás según la fórmula de proporcionalidad, siendo el importe mínimo a ofertar de 9.000 euros al año.",

"Note": "Productos de proximidad en la preparación de dietas, durante la vigencia del contrato y de las prórrogas.
\nSe entenderá por producción en proximidad aquella que no supera los 30km. de distancia, respecto del centro que debe abastecerse. Este criterio favorece, por un lado, la utilización de productos más frescos y de temporada, lo que redunda en la calidad de la alimentación, y por otro lado la reducción de los gastos en trasporte y, en consecuencia, las emisiones de CO2 a la atmósfera.
\n- Compra de productos de temporada proximidad desde un 20% en peso de frutas y verduras (5 puntos).
\n- Compra de productos de proximidad desde un 30% en peso de frutas y verduras (10 puntos).
