"Note": "Aumento de la bolsa económica sin coste para el IAS (40 puntos). La empresa licitadora podrá ofertar un incremento sobre el total previsto en la bolsa económica
\n(anual) del contrato que asciende al siguiente importe, 283.901,61 euros sin impuestos. Este incremento a ofertar, será sin coste para el IAS. El importe que se refleje en la oferta será considerado como presupuesto de contrata (PC).
\nSe valorarán las ofertas a partir de 10.000 euros. Por debajo de los 10.000 euros las ofertas no se puntuarán. Por tanto, se partirá de una puntuación mínima de 5 puntos para una oferta de 10.000 euros , y una puntuación máxima de 40 puntos para el incremento de la bolsa económica en en
\nun 20%, esto es 56.780,32 euros
\nPor tanto la puntuación se establecerá de acuerdo al siguiente intervalo de valores:
\n10.000 euros, 5 puntos
\n56.780,32 euros, 40 puntos
\nLos valores intermedios se obtendrán de la siguiente ecuación:
\nPara la valoración de este criterio, se deberá aportar declaración responsable donde el importe de la bolsa económica ofertada.
\nEste criterio junto con el criterio precio, formarán el precio ofertado por el licitador, y que será el considerado para determinar si la oferta está incursa en baja temeraria.",
