\nEn todos los lotes, las empresas licitadoras deberán disponer de un volumen anual de negocios en el ámbito objeto del lote y tramo correspondiente que, referido al mejor ejercicio dentro de los tres últimos deberá ser, al menos, del importe que se indica en el cuadro de solvencias establecidas en la cláusula 13.3.3 del PCAP. 
\nCuando un licitador presente oferta a un solo lote, la solvencia económica y financiera exigida será la correspondiente a dicho lote. Para el caso de que los licitadores presenten oferta a más de un lote, el volumen anual de negocios exigido será el correspondiente al lote de mayor importe.
