"Description": "Volumen anual de negocios referido al mejor ejercicio dentro de los tres últimos disponibles en función de las fechas de constitución o de inicio de actividades del empresario y de presentación de las ofertas por importe igual o superior a 1,5 veces el valor estimado de cada uno de los lotes. El volumen anual de negocios se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho registro, e en caso contrato, por las depositadas en el Registro Oficial en que deba estar inscrito. "Description": "La solvencia técnica del empresario deberá acreditarse con una relación de los principales suministros realizados de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato en curso de como máximo, los tres últimos años, en la que se indique el importe, la fecha y el destinatario, público o privado de los mismos. Se entenderá de igual o similar naturaleza los que se corresponden con los tres primeros dígitos del CPV señalado en el objeto del contrato del Cuadro Resumen de Características del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares. El importe anual acumulado en el año de mayor ejecución del periodo citado será por importe igual o superior al 70 % del valor estimado de cada lote. Los suministros o trabajos efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el d estinatario sea una entidad del sector público; cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario acompañando a los documentos obrantes en poder del mismo que acrediten la realización de la prestación; en su caso estos certificados serán comunicados directamente al órgano de contratación por la autoridad competente. El cómputo se efectuará hasta la fecha de finalización del plazo para la presentación de proposiciones u ofertas. e) Muestras, descripciones y fotografías de los productos a suministrar, cuya autenticidad pueda certificarse a petición de la entidad contratante: La empresa propuesta como adjudicataria, deberá poner a disposición del órgano de contratación, las fichas técnicas de todos los elementos donde se indique de forma clara y concisa, los valores y características que contiene el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (PPT). El formato de la ficha técnica seguirá el orden que está establecido en la descripción de características de cada elemento descrito en el PPT. La redacción será en castellano. No procede la entrega de muestras.",
