\nSe podrá acreditar la solvencia indistintamente por clasificación o por otros medios relacionados a continuación: 
\n1.- Por Clasificación. Disponer de la siguiente clasificación de empresas, según el lote o lotes a los que presente oferta:
\nLote 1: 
\nGrupo P: Servicios de mantenimiento y reparación de equipos e instalaciones. Subgrupo 2: Mantenimiento y reparación de equipos e instalaciones de fontanería, conducciones de agua y gas.
\nCategoría 4.
\nLote 2: 
\nGrupo Q: Servicios de mantenimiento y reparación de maquinaria.
\nSubgrupo 1: Mantenimiento y reparación de maquinaria.
\nCategoría 1 
\n2.- Por otros medios:
\n • Solvencia económica y financiera: se deberá acreditar, mediante la presentación del correspondiente modelo del Impuesto de Sociedades o Cuentas Anuales depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, un volumen de negocio superior a la anualidad media sin IVA en un periodo continuado de 12 meses dentro de los 3 últimos años.
\nSolvencia técnica: Se deberá acreditar, mediante la presentación de certificados de buena ejecución o cualquier otro medio de prueba admitido en Derecho emitido por empresas u órganos administrativos correspondientes receptores de sus servicios, la prestación de servicios similares a los incluidos en el alcance de cada Lote por importe superior al 70% de la anualidad media sin IVA en alguno de los tres últimos años.
\nPara acreditar la solvencia económica, financiera y técnica requerida, los licitadores cumplimentarán el Anexo 10 del PCAP en el que informarán si lo hacen por clasificación o por otros medios.
\nEn el caso de seleccionar acreditar la solvencia requerida por otros medios, se realizará declaración jurada en el mismo Anexo 10 del PCAP sobre el cumplimiento de la solvencia económica, financiera y técnica.
\nUna vez determinada la adjudicación del contrato, en el caso de que el adjudicatario haya seleccionado la opción “Otros medios” para acreditar la solvencia económica, financiera y técnica requerida para cada Lote, deberá entregar antes de su formalización y en el plazo requerido por GIAHSA, los siguientes documentos:
\n- Impuesto de Sociedades o Cuentas Anuales depositadas en el Registro Mercantil
\n- Certificados de buena ejecución o cualquier otro medio de prueba admitido en Derecho emitido por empresas u órganos administrativos correspondientes receptores de sus servicios.",
