"Note": "Experiencia. Experiencia acreditada en aprovechamientos o actividades de hostelería. Hasta un máximo de 5 puntos. La puntuación será el resultado de la aplicación de la siguiente fórmula: 
\nPuntuación = 1 punto x cada 1 año de experiencia. 
\nLos periodos inferiores al año se considerarán de la siguiente forma: 
\nB. Igual o más a 6 meses. Se considerará un año a efectos de puntuación. 
\nC. Menos de 6 meses, no se considerará a ningún efecto y en consecuencia no será objeto de puntuación. 
\nEl licitador señalara en el modelo Anexo I, la puntuación que considera le corresponde conforme a la experiencia que acredita, que será objeto de comprobación por el Ayuntamiento mediante el cotejo con la documentación aportada. 
\nExperiencia en caso de persona física
\nCuando el licitador sea una persona física, se podrá computar la experiencia adquirida:
\n- Como trabajador autónomo titular de explotaciones o establecimientos de hostelería, y/o
\n- Como socio o partícipe en sociedades que hayan desarrollado actividades de hostelería o explotaciones similares, siempre que haya participado de forma efectiva en la gestión o explotación de la actividad.
\nExperiencia en caso de persona jurídica
\nCuando el licitador sea una persona jurídica, podrá computarse, además de la experiencia propia de la empresa, la experiencia profesional en actividades de hostelería de sus socios, cuando dicha experiencia haya sido adquirida:
\n- Como trabajador autónomo titular de explotaciones hosteleras, o
\n- Como socio o partícipe en sociedades que hayan desarrollado actividades de hostelería o explotaciones similares.
\nCuando la sociedad licitadora cuente con varios socios, la experiencia computable se calculará de forma proporcional a la participación efectiva o vinculación real de cada socio en la actividad desarrollada, valorándose únicamente aquella experiencia que guarde relación directa con la gestión o explotación de establecimientos de hostelería.
\nEn todo caso, la experiencia alegada deberá acreditarse documentalmente de forma fehaciente, pudiendo el órgano de contratación verificar su correspondencia con la actividad efectivamente desarrollada.",
