"Note": "Avaliarase con 40,00 puntos o compromiso da entidade promotora de que as vivendas sexan adquiridas polos seus membros (persoas físicas) e para uso propio, como vivenda habitual, nunha determinada porcentaxe, destinando o resto das vivendas á venda como vivenda pública de protección autonómica. Cada un dos membros só poderá adquirir unha vivenda. Verificarase o cumprimento deste criterio no momento de concesión de título habilitante para a primeira ocupación das vivendas, momento no que se ha de acreditar documetnalmente.
\nEnténdese por membro da entidade promotora as persoas físicas que teñan a cualificación de socio, cooperativista ou asimilado dentro da entidade que promova a execución da edificación.
\nAsí, a valoración farase de xeito proporcional, outorgando 40,00 puntos á entidade que se comprometa á adquisición por membros da entidade promotora (persoas físicas) do 100% das vivendas, e 0,00 puntos a quen non indique a porcentaxe a adquirir por membros das entidades promotoras (persoas físicas) ou esta sexa 0,00%.",
