"Note": "1.- Oferta económica (Hasta 75,00 puntos)

\nLa oferta del licitador se realizará a la baja sobre los distintos precios unitarios indicados con carácter máximo (conforme al apartado L.1.b. del PCAP).
\n
\n
\nSe asignará la máxima puntuación al licitador que presente la oferta de ,menor coste del suministro. Las demás ofertas se puntuarán de forma proporcional en relación con la mejor oferta y la cantidad presupuestada en el presente pliego, de la siguiente manera:

\nLa propuesta económica que presente la mayor baja recibirá un máximo de 75 puntos, y el resto de ofertas se valorarán aplicando la fórmula:

\nPi = 75 (1-BM)/(1-Bi)

\nDonde:

\nPi = Puntuación obtenida por la oferta que se evalúa.

\nBM = Mayor baja de entre todas las ofertas económicas presentadas respecto al tipo de licitación, expresada en tanto por uno.

"Description": "MEDIO DE ACREDITACIÓN:

\n1. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 89 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, la solvencia técnica o profesional de los licitadores se acreditará mediante la relación de los principales suministros de vestuario o equipos de similares características realizados durante los últimos tres años, cuyo importe acumulado sea al menos equivalente al 70% del valor estimado del lote al que se licite o de la suma de los lotes de los que resulte adjudicatario. 
\n
\n2. Para las empresas de nueva creación, entendiendo por tales aquellas con una antigüedad inferior a cinco años, la solvencia técnica se acreditará mediante la designación de una persona responsable del control de calidad dentro de la organización, así como mediante la descripción detallada de las medidas, procedimientos y sistemas implantados por la empresa para garantizar la calidad de los bienes a suministrar, todo ello de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 89.1.b) de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público.
