\nEn consideración a las razones artísticas que constituyen su objeto y a la exclusividad de representación que ostenta la mercantil DOBLEA SERVICIOS ARTISTICOS S.L.U. con CIF. B-67875161,  tal y como se justifica en informe de necesidades del Técnico  Municipal de Festejos de 6 de marzo de 2026, al que se adjuntan los correspondientes certificados de exclusividad, se promueve la presente contratación mediante procedimiento negociado sin publicidad por razones artísticas y de prestación de derechos exclusivos, a tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 168.a).2ª de la LCSP 2017, atendiendo a la calidad artística, la disponibilidad de calendario y la protección de derechos exclusivos de los citados artistas durante las fechas de los eventos a celebrar durante las Ferias y fiestas de San Bartolomé 2026.
