consiste en el suministro de un vehículo tipo tractor 4x4 equipado con dos máquinas
 desbrozadoras (una de arrastre y otra de brazo), destinado al Ayuntamiento de Vilar de Santos para el
 mantenimiento de infraestructuras rurales y la gestión de la biomasa en el entorno agroforestal,
 especialmente con fines de prevención y defensa contra incendios forestales.

\nAnalizadas as ofertas presentadas no procedemento, constatouse que ambas empresas licitadoras cumpren cos requisitos técnicos mínimos esixidos no Prego de Prescricións Técnicas, resultando por tanto admitidas á fase de valoración.

\nA valoración realizouse conforme aos criterios de adxudicación establecidos no Prego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares, combinando criterios económicos e cualitativos.
\n
\nEn relación cos criterios económicos, a oferta máis vantaxosa foi presentada por HITRAF, S.A., cun prezo inferior (96.800,00 €), obtendo a máxima puntuación neste apartado (72 puntos), mentres que JOSE ESTEVEZ AS FERREIRAS, S.L. acadou 69,84 puntos cunha oferta de 99.800,00 €.

\nNon obstante, no relativo aos criterios cualitativos, a oferta de JOSE ESTEVEZ AS FERREIRAS, S.L. resultou superior, destacando especialmente:

\nA proximidade do servizo técnico (7,3 km fronte a 17,5 km), o que supón unha mellor capacidade de resposta e mantemento.
\nO cumprimento e mellora de diversas prestacións técnicas esixidas nos pregos.
\nUnha adecuada configuración global do equipo ofertado.
\n
\nComo resultado da ponderación conxunta de ambos criterios, segundo consta na táboa de valoración final do informe técnico (páxina 8), JOSE ESTEVEZ AS FERREIRAS, S.L. obtén a maior puntuación total (96,34 puntos) fronte aos 96,00 puntos de HITRAF, S.A. .

\nEn consecuencia, a oferta presentada por JOSE ESTEVEZ AS FERREIRAS, S.L. resulta ser a mellor relación calidade-prezo, de acordo co disposto na Lei 9/2017 de Contratos do Sector Público, sendo por tanto a oferta economicamente máis vantaxosa no seu conxunto.

\nPor todo o anterior, xustifícase a súa selección como adxudicataria do contrato.",
