\nEl licitador podrá solicitar la devolución de la muestra tras la finalización del procedimiento.

\nSolo las empresas de nueva creación, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la cláusula 8.1.B) presentarán la muestra requerida, según lo especificado en los pliegos.
\nLas muestras deberán presentarse completamente empaquetadas con indicación de los siguientes datos:
