"Description": "La solvencia técnica se acreditará por el siguiente medio previsto en el artículo 90.1 de la LCSP:
\nUna relación de los principales servicios o trabajos realizados de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato en el curso de, como máximo los tres últimos años, en la que se indique importe, fecha y destinatario, público o privado de los mismos. El importe anual acumulado en el año de mayor ejecución deberá ser igual o superior al 70% del valor anual de cada lote del contrato, esto es:

\nPara determinar que un servicio es de igual o similar naturaleza al que constituye el objeto del contrato, se atenderá a los tres primeros dígitos de los códigos CPV: 665-
\nLa relación de los servicios realizados se acreditará mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector publico o, cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por este o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario acompañada de los documentos obrantes en poder del mismo que acrediten la realización de la prestación.
\nCuando el licitador pretenda acreditar su solvencia técnica con trabajos realizados para la propia Diputación de Córdoba, no resultará obligatorio aportar el certificado antes aludido, siendo suficiente con que indique el número de expediente y la denominación del contrato de que se trate para que pueda verificarse la existencia de la documentación que acredite la recepción del trabajo.
\nOtros medios de prueba de la solvencia técnica o profesional:
\nCuando se trate de una empresa sea “de nueva creación”, entendiendo por tal aquella que tenga una antigüedad inferior a cinco años, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 90.4 de la LCSP, deberá acreditar la solvencia técnica o profesional mediante servicios o trabajos realizados de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato por el equipo humano adscrito a la ejecución del contrato, en las mismas condiciones previstas con anterioridad.",
