\nLa validez de esta contratación está condicionada a la autorización definitiva de designación del adjudicatario como Controlador del Proyecto Intrepida - Pro, por parte de la Autoridad de Gestión y/o el Corresponsal Nacional del Programa Interreg VI-A España-Portugal (POCTEP) 2021-2027.
