"OptionsDescription": "De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 204 y en la Disposición Adicional Trigésimo-Tercera de la LCSP, se prevé una modificación del contrato para hacer frente a las posibles modificaciones que puedan producirse como consecuencia de que las necesidades reales sean superiores a las estimadas.

\nEn el caso de que durante la vigencia del contrato, las necesidades del producto a suministrar fuesen superiores a las estimadas inicialmente, se tramitará, antes de que se agote el presupuesto máximo inicialmente aprobado, la correspondiente modificación de contrato, hasta un máximo del 20%, IVA excluido, de su precio inicial.
\nEl elemento del contrato susceptible de modificación son los litros de aceite a suministrar, que se podrán incrementar hasta un máximo del 20%, IVA excluido, del precio inicial del contrato.
