\nPara la valoración de la oferta se seguirán los criterios de valoración expuestos en el PCAP apartado F:

\nA los efectos de la valoración de precio se tendrán en cuenta los precios unitarios (IVA excluido). Se otorgará la mejor puntuación al menor precio unitario y proporcionalmente al resto en forma decreciente por aplicación de la siguiente fórmula:

\nP = X · (PL - OVE / PL - OME) 
\nDonde: 
\n- P: puntuación. 
\n- X: máximo de puntos a otorgar a la oferta más baja que se reciba. (En este caso 100 puntos). 
\n- OME: oferta más económica. 
\n- OVE: Oferta que se evalúa 
\n- PL: precio de licitación. 
\n 
\nLa puntuación económica se redondeará al segundo decimal. 
\n 
\nLos ofertantes que excedan alguna posición no serán valorados y se procederá a proponer su exclusión.",
