\nEl licitador deberá comprometerse a adscribir aquellos medios necesarios (material fungible básico; medios técnicos y materiales didácticos que sean necesarios para la impartición de la acción formativa y los seguros obligatorios), para realizar de forma correcta y efectiva las distintas tareas englobadas en la ejecución del contrato, mediante la declaración responsable.
\nAl tratarse de itinerarios formativos vinculados a Certificados de Profesionalidad deberán de impartirse en centros homologados, con las instalaciones y equipamientos establecidos en los correspondientes Reales Decretos que regulan cada Certificado de Profesionalidad. 
\nEl adjudicatario lo acreditará mediante la acreditación correspondiente a lo dispuesto en los RR.DD que regulan cada uno de los certificados de profesionalidad. \n-Medios personales: Si
\nConforme lo establecido en el Art. 90.1 e) de la LCSP. 
\nSe requiere el compromiso de poner a disposición de la ejecución del contrato el personal docente con los requisitos establecidos en función de la materia y/o módulos a impartir en la acción formativa, con los requisitos exigidos en los RR.DD que regulan cada uno de los itinerarios formativos tanto en la formación específica como en la realización del módulo de prácticas no laborales. 
\nEl licitador deberá comprometerse a adscribir aquellos medios personales que se precisen para realizar de forma correcta y efectiva las distintas tareas englobadas en la ejecución del contrato, así como para cumplir con el RR.DD que regule el certificado de profesionalidad. 
\nEl personal que aporte el adjudicatario para la implementación de cada acción formativa debe contar con los requisitos técnicos y formativos exigidos en los RR.DD que regulan cada uno de los itinerarios formativos tanto en la formación específica como en la realización del módulo de prácticas no laborales. 
\na) El licitador lo acreditará mediante declaración responsable conforme lo establecido en el Art. 90.1 e) de la LCSP. 
\nb) El adjudicatario lo acreditará mediante la siguiente documentación acreditativa siendo condición esencial del contrato:
\n- Titulación: Copia del título/s que acrediten que cumple los requisitos requeridos en el RR.DD de cada itinerario formativo. 
\n- Experiencia: Curriculum Vitae y certificado/s de empresa emitidos por la entidad en la que trabajó como docente, de al menos los requisitos mínimos de experiencia profesional requeridos, relacionados o asimilables con la familia profesional de la acción formativa, junto con la vida laboral actualizada expedida por la Seguridad Social.
