 del Entorno Residencial de Rehabilitación Programada (ERRP) San Pedro-Entorno
 del Carmen, siendo objeto de financiación a través de fondos europeos
 NextGenerationEU, así como mediante aportación económica del Ayuntamiento de

\nUna relación de las obras ejecutadas en el curso de los últimos 5 años cuyo
\nimporte anual acumulado en el año de mayor ejecución sea igual o superior
\n330.000 €, avaladas por certificados de buena gestión, estos certificados indicaran
\nel importe, las fechas y el lugar de ejecución de las obras y se precisará si se
\nrealizaron según las reglas por las que se rige la profesión y se llevaron
\nnormalmente a buen término; en su caso dichos certificados serán comunicados
\ndirectamente al órgano de contratación por la autoridad competente.
\nLas obras a las que se hace referencia en el párrafo anterior habrán de ser
\ndel mismo grupo o subgrupo de clasificación que el correspondiente al contrato o
\ndel grupo o subgrupo más relevante para el contrato si este incluye trabajos
\ncorrespondientes a distintos subgrupos.
\nA estos efectos, las obras ejecutadas por una sociedad extranjera filial del
\ncontratista de obras tendrán la misma consideración que las directamente
\nejecutadas por el propio contratista, siempre que este último ostente directa o
\nindirectamente el control de aquella en los términos establecidos en el artículo 42
\ndel Código de Comercio. Cuando se trate de obras ejecutadas por una sociedad
\nextranjera participada por el contratista sin que se cumpla dicha condición, solo se
\nreconocerá como experiencia atribuible al contratista la obra ejecutada por la
\nsociedad participada en la proporción de la participación de aquel en el capital
\nsocial de esta.
\nLa solvencia técnica que se exige se refiere a la experiencia del licitador,
\nconforme al artículo 88 LCSP. 
\nAun así, por imperativo legal se añaden condiciones de acceso a la licitación
\nespecíficas para empresas de reciente creación.",
