\nPrimer.- Adjudicar a CONTENUR, SL, amb CIF B82806738 el contracte de
\nsubministraments de contenidors de càrrega posterior de diferents capacitats,
\nexpedient de contractació número 09/2026, pels preus unitaris del producte que es
\ndetallen a la taula que figura més a baix, i amb una despesa màxima de 25.000€ més
\nel 21% d’IVA (5.250€), resultant un total de 30.250€.
\nSegon.- Notificar la present resolució a la mercantil adjudicatària, tot requerint-la per
\ntal que una vegada transcorregut el termini de 15 dies hàbils següents a la notificació
\nde l’adjudicació es procedeixi a la formalització del contracte, de conformitat amb
\nl’establert en l’article 153.3 LCSP. Notificar, així mateix, la resolució a les licitadores
\nque han participat en el procediment que no han resultat adjudicatàries del contracte.
\nTercer.- Ordenar la publicació de la formalització del contracte en el perfil del
\ncontractant d’EMSER 2002, SLU, allotjat a la Plataforma de Contractació de l’Estat.
\nQuart.- Ordenar la publicació de la present resolució en el perfil del contractant
\nd’EMSER 2002, SLU, allotjat a la Plataforma de Contractació de l’Estat.
\nCinquena.- Ratificar la present resolució en la propera sessió del Consell
\nd’Administració d’EMSER 2002, SLU, que es celebri.",
