\nPlazos de Garantía Excesivos: Las ofertas que presenten un plazo de garantía superior a 72 meses se considerarán desproporcionadas, a menos que el licitador proporcione una justificación técnica detallada y documentada que demuestre la viabilidad y razonabilidad del plazo ofertado. Esta justificación debe incluir, entre otros:
\nAnálisis del ciclo de vida del producto.
\nLos costes asociados con el mantenimiento y reparación.
\nCualquier garantía adicional proporcionada por el fabricante.

\nPlazos de Garantía a justificar: Si un licitador ofreciera un plazo de garantía entre 60 y 72 meses inclusive, deberá presentar una justificación técnica adecuada que explique cómo se puede mantener la garantía durante este periodo sin incurrir en riesgos económicos o técnicos para la administración. En caso de no proporcionar dicha justificación, la oferta será considerada como alza temeraria y será excluida.

\nConsideraciones Económicas y Administrativas:
\nEs importante tener en cuenta que la administración no devolverá la garantía definitiva hasta que no se cumpla el plazo de garantía acordado.

\nCriterios de Exclusión:
\nPlazos de Entrega Inviables: Cualquier oferta que presente un plazo de entrega inferior a 14 días, para lotes de gran volumen o cantidades, será considerada inviable y, por tanto, será excluida del proceso de licitación. Esta exclusión se basa en la imposibilidad técnica y logística de cumplir con el plazo ofertado, dado que el transporte marítimo desde la Península
\nIbérica hasta Gran Canaria tarda una media de una semana, a lo cual se debe añadir el tiempo necesario para los trámites de despacho y distribución interna.
\n
\nJustificación Insuficiente: Si un licitador ofrece un plazo de entrega entre 14 y 20 días, deberá presentar una justificación técnica detallada y documentada que demuestre la viabilidad del plazo ofertado. En caso de no proporcionar dicha justificación, la oferta será considerada desproporcionada o anormal y será excluida.
