\nVISTOS el acta elevada por la Mesa de Contratación correspondiente a su sesión telemática de carácter privado celebrada el día 12 de agosto de 2026, junto con las ofertas recibidas y admitidas, los informes emitidos, resto de documentación y demás antecedentes obrantes en el expediente,

\nPor todo lo anteriormente expuesto, el Órgano de Contratación adopta, a través de su representante, en virtud de las atribuciones que tiene conferidas y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la cláusula 27 PCAP en relación con los artículos 145, 146, 149, 150, 151 y 158 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre de Contratos del Sector Público, los siguientes

\nADJUDICAR el presente contrato al licitador que a continuación se relaciona, por ser el candidato que ha presentado la mejor oferta en relación coste-eficacia, sobre la base del precio, respecto al resto de licitadores, como resultado de la aplicación de los criterios objetivos de adjudicación establecidos en los apartados 19 y 20 del Anexo I y en las cláusulas 19, 25 y 27 del Pliego Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares, en relación con los arts. 145, 146, 149, 150.2, 150.3 y 158 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre de Contratos del Sector Público, en este caso atendiendo ÚNICAMENTE A CRITERIOS VALORABLES EN CIFRAS O PORCENTAJES MEDIANTE CRITERIO ÚNICO PRECIO (PORCENTAJE DE DESCUENTO ÚNICO), y cumplir su oferta con el resto de requisitos establecidos en los pliegos para su adjudicación, con arreglo a los siguientes términos:
