    "Description": "Dado que es competencia del Alcalde – Presidente la tramitación de este expediente de contratación, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Disposición Adicional Segunda de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, y atendiendo los datos obrantes en el informe justificativo emitido, con objeto de dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 150 de la citada Ley, doy traslado de esta propuesta a los efectos de que por parte del órgano de contratación se adopte el acuerdo
\nRESUELVO
\nPRIMERO.- Adjudicar el contrato denominado “SUMINISTRO EN RÉGIMEN DE ARRENDAMIENTO, SIN OPCIÓN DE COMPRA, DE MOTIVOS DECORATIVOS DE NAVIDAD”, a la entidad mercantil ILUMINACIONES DECORATIVAS ARTE Y LED, S.L, con NIF B76332873, por un presupuesto máximo de gasto anual de NOVENTA Y TRES MIL CUATROCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y OCHO EUROS CON NOVENTA Y CUATRO CÉNTIMOS (93.457,94€), más SEIS MIL QUINIENTOS CUARENTA Y DOS EUROS Y SEIS CÉNTIMOS (6.542,06€) en concepto de IGIC, y con un porcentaje de baja aplicable a los precios unitarios de 21,87 %.
\nLa aceptación del contenido del Acta de la sesión transcrita sirve como motivación a esta resolución, al quedar incorporada al texto de la misma, según establece el artículo 88.6 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. 
\nSEGUNDO.- Nombrar como Responsable Supervisor de la ejecución del contrato a D.º Yone F. Díaz Pérez.
\nTERCERO.- Notificar la adjudicación a todos los licitadores.
\nCUARTO.- Publicar la resolución de adjudicación en el perfil de contratante, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 151.1 de la LCSP",
