      "OptionsDescription": "De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 204 de la Ley 9/2017, de Contratos del Sector Público, se establece la posibilidad de modificar el contrato durante su ejecución para ampliar el número de licencias de AutoCAD Revit LT suite inicialmente contratadas.\nEsta modificación estará sujeta a las siguientes condiciones:\n• Objeto de la modificación: Exclusivamente la adquisición de licencias adicionales del mismo producto (AutoCAD Revit LT suite) y del mismo fabricante.\n• Límite económico: El importe total de las licencias adicionales no podrá superar el 20% del importe de adjudicación del contrato.\n• Justificación: La necesidad de ampliación deberá estar debidamente justificada mediante informe técnico emitido por el Servicio de Informática.\n• Procedimiento: La modificación se formalizará mediante resolución motivada del órgano de contratación, previa fiscalización del gasto y verificación de la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente.\n• Precio unitario: Las licencias adicionales se facturarán al mismo precio unitario adjudicado en el contrato inicial.\nEsta modificación no alterará la naturaleza del contrato ni afectará a la competencia, y se tramitará conforme al procedimiento previsto en la LCSP para modificaciones previstas en los pliegos"
