\nLa oferta de la adjudicataria consiste en un descuento del 7,66 % sobre los precios unitarios sin IVA de los componentes objeto del contrato, en los términos de su proposición económica, y un plazo de entrega ofertado de 1 día natural.

\nSEGUNDO. Establecer la clasificación de las ofertas admitidas en los siguientes términos:

\n1.º LIVELL UP IOT, S.L.: 87,67 puntos.
\n
\n2.º GECONTA MEDIDORES DE FLUIDOS, S.L.: 84,85 puntos.
\n
\n3.º GOMEZ GROUP METERING, S.L.U.: 76,66 puntos.

\nTERCERO. Hacer constar que la puntuación se ha obtenido mediante la aplicación de los criterios, fórmulas y ponderaciones establecidos previamente en los pliegos, sin introducir criterios distintos de los previstos en los mismos, habiéndose procedido a la nueva valoración de las tres proposiciones en ejecución de la resolución del recurso interpuesto por GOMEZ GROUP METERING, S.L.U.
