Aprovar la primera pròrroga del Contracte Basat en l'Acord Marc per a la prestació del servei de telefonia fixa, telefonia mòbil, accés a internet de banda ampla i transmissió de dades, serveis de tecnologies de la informació a la Diputació de València i als organismes adherits a la Central de Compres de la Diputació de València (EXP. 12/21/CSIS), Lot 1 «Comunicacions mòbils i de veu», adjudicat a la mercantil VODAFONE ESPAÑA, SAU, amb NIF A80907397, per un termini d'un any, des del 8 d'agost de 2026 fins al 7 d'agost de 2027, de conformitat amb el que establixen els plecs reguladors de l'Acord Marc i l'article 29 de la Llei 9/2017, de 8 de novembre, de Contractes del Sector Públic, amb les condicions vigents en el contracte inicial, llevat de les modificacions aprovades mitjançant la present resolució
\nSEGON. Aprovar la modificació del contracte consistent en la implantació del servei d'agent virtual d'atenció telefònica, en els termes previstos en l'informe emés per la responsable del contracte i amb efectes des de l'inici del període de pròrroga, el dia 8 d’agost de 2026 o des de la data de signatura del contracte, sense alterar la resta de les condicions contractuals.
\nTERCER. Aprovar i disposar la despesa per import de 9.645,41 € corresponent a cinc mesos de 2026 i per import de 21.522,57 € corresponent a tot l’exercici de 2027.",
