\nSegundo.- Aprobar las condiciones definitorias de los derechos y obligaciones que asumirán las partes del contrato para la celebración del espectáculo.
\nTercero.- Considerando las características, objeto y duración del contrato, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 170 de la LCSP, en el presente contrato se exime al adjudicatario de presentar garantía definitiva.
