El presente Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares tiene por objeto establecer el
 régimen jurídico que regirá la adjudicación y ejecución del contrato privado cuyo objeto consiste en
 la prestación del servicio de organización y ejecución integral de un espectáculo taurino con motivo
 de las Fiestas Patronales de Daimiel 2026.

\nA efectos del presente contrato, se entenderán por espectáculos taurinos mayores las corridas de
\ntoros, las novilladas con picadores y aquellos otros festejos taurinos que, por su complejidad
\norganizativa y régimen autorizatorio, resulten equiparables conforme a la normativa reguladora de
\nlos espectáculos taurinos.
\nRequisito mínimo de solvencia:
\nEl licitador deberá acreditar haber organizado y ejecutado satisfactoriamente, durante los tres (3)
\núltimos años, al menos dos (2) espectáculos taurinos mayores, cuyo importe individual sea igual o
\nsuperior a VEINTE MIL EUROS (20.000,00 €), IVA excluido, equivalente al 50 % del valor estimado
\ndel presente contrato.",
