El objeto del contrato es la redacción de un anteproyecto que defina un nuevo diseño del interior del edificio sede del Organismo Autónomo Informática del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, estableciendo la distribución de espacios e identificando las obras a realizar para reformar en su totalidad el edificio sede de IAM para adecuarlo a los nuevos usos previstos.
