\nAsimismo, también dispone aprobar los precios contradictorios solicitados para la ejecución de las unidades de obra correspondiente a los trabajos no incluidos en los cuadros de precios vigentes en el Acuerdo Marco de Obras de referencia.

\nEl contrato se adjudica por un importe de CINCUENTA Y DOS MIL OCHOCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y UN EUROS Y NOVENTA Y SIETE CÉNTIMOS (52.851,97€) (IVA excluido), y tiene por objeto la ejecución por el Contratista de los trabajos precitados, de acuerdo con la memoria y la propuesta de adjudicación, que constan en el expediente, ejecutando en mayor o menor medida las unidades que correspondan en función de las necesidades de la obra, destinando cuantos medios humanos y/o técnicos se requieran para ello, con sujeción a los pliegos de cláusulas administrativas y de prescripciones técnicas rectores del Acuerdo Marco, siguiendo en todo momento la dirección, coordinación, control y supervisión de MADRID DESTINO, y cumpliendo en todo caso la legislación vigente y normas técnicas y/o tecnológicas de obligado cumplimiento establecidas por cualquier organismo oficial.

\nEl plazo de ejecución de la obra es de TRES MESES, contados desde el día siguiente al de la firma del acta de inicio de las obras.",
