          "Note": "Se otorgarán los puntos de este criterio a las ofertas que hayan calculado la huella de carbono de 2025 y presenten un objetivo cuantificado de reducción junto con las medidas para su consecución que deben tener vinculación con las tareas o actividades de este contrato (por ejemplo, las tareas en alguno de los lugares de trabajo del contrato, los consumos por trabajos en dependencias de la propia empresa para este contrato, gestión etc). 
\nEste criterio se puede justificar a través de uno de los siguientes medios
\na) Inscripción en el Registro creado por Real Decreto 214/2025, de 18 de marzo del Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica y el reto demográfico cuyo procedimiento y registro se puede consultar y realizar a través de https://www.miteco.gob.es/es/cambio-climatico/temas/registro-huella.html. Es suficiente la inscripción en la Sección a) del artículo 6 del RD 214/2025: Sección de huella de carbono y de compromisos de reducción de emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero del último año natural cuyo plazo de presentación en el registro haya finalizado. Se aportará el documento de inscripción o el enlace para su comprobación.
\nb)Otros registros según lo establecido en el artículo 6.6 del RD 214/2025 tales como los informes ISAE 3410 y otros sistemas no específicos de huella de carbono como EMAS o ISO 50001 siempre y cuando se aporte la información adicional que sea necesaria, u otros posibles estándares reconocidos por la Oficina Española de Cambio climático. 
\nc)Otras pruebas de haber adoptado medidas equivalentes de gestión medioambiental que demuestren que la licitadora cumple los requisitos del registro de Huella de Carbono del RD 214/2025. Se considerará justificado con la presentación clara y ordenada de los documentos señalados en el artículo 9.4 a) epígrafes 1º y 4º del RD 214/2025 para las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero de alcances 1 y 2 (como mínimo). 
\nIndependientemente de la forma de justificación elegida (a, b o c) se explicará en un A4 la relación del cálculo y del plan de ahorro con el objeto de este contrato (sus tareas y actividades).
