El contrato tiene por objeto otorgar el uso privativo del RESTAURANTE-BAR existente en el recinto de la PISCINA, calificado como bien de dominio público, y sito en el POLIDEPORTIVO MUNICIPAL de esta localidad, para la explotación del mismo, mediante la modalidad de Concesión Administrativa, de conformidad con los establecido en la Ley 7/1999, de 29 de septiembre.
