        "Note": "El único criterio de adjudicación derivado del presente procedimiento es el diferencial 
\nmáximo a ofertar por las entidades financieras. 
\nDicho diferencial se medirá en puntos básicos (pbs). Se recuerda la equivalencia entre 
\npuntos básicos y porcentaje, siendo 100 pbs =1,00%. 
\nPor ello, cada entidad financiera licitadora deberá señalar en su oferta, por cada tramo 
\nen el que se encuentren interesadas, el diferencial, que por todos los conceptos, haya de 
\naumentarse o disminuirse al tipo de interés de referencia (Euribor a 3 meses), pudiendo 
\ncoincidir el diferencial ofertado para cada tramo, o no. Pudiendo las entidades licitadoras, 
\nigualmente, presentar en su oferta diferenciales por un tramo o por todos los tramos, 
\ndependiendo del importe total que estén interesadas en asumir. 
\nLa mejor oferta será aquella que sea económicamente más favorable para la 
\nDiputación de Almería, estableciéndose un orden de prelación por tramos, siendo el primero 
\nel ofertado a un menor diferencial máximo (que no supere el límite de prudencia financiera). 
\nLa adjudicación se realizará por tramos en base a dicho orden de prelación. 
\nEn caso de empate, la operación se adjudicará en cuantías idénticas entre las entidades 
\nfinancieras empatadas. 
\nSi la mejor oferta no cubriese el importe total del préstamo, se adjudicará el resto a 
\nla oferta que resulte segunda y así sucesivamente, hasta cubrir el importe total del préstamo 
\nlicitado.",
