\nIMPORTE DE LA ADJUDICACIÓN: CINCUENTA Y UN MIL CIEN EUROS (51.100,00 €), al que corresponde por IPSI la cuantía de DOS MIL CUARENTA Y CUATRO EUROS (2.044,00 €), totalizándose la oferta en CINCUENTA Y TRES MIL CIENTO CUARENTA Y CUATRO EUROS (53.144,00 €).

\nLA DURACIÓN DEL CONTRATO: El plazo de ejecución del servicio será de UN (1) MES.

\nABONO: Se financiará con cargo a la Partida Presupuestaria: ACTIVIDADES DIVERSAS ÁREA JUVENTUD (14/33440/22699).

\nSe dotará con un crédito suficiente de la anualidad 2026 (RC-12026000077398).
\n
\nEn cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 159.6.g) de la LCSP, la formalización del contrato se efectuará mediante la firma de aceptación por el contratista del presente documento de adjudicación.
\n
\nEn este sentido, al NO encontrarse el presente acto entre los contemplados en el artículo 44 de la LCSP susceptibles de recurso especial en materia de contratación, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 153.3 de la LCSP, el presente documento se remitirá al adjudicatario para su firma electrónica dentro del plazo de QUINCE (15) DÍAS HÁBILES, a contar desde el día siguiente a aquel en que se realice la notificación de la adjudicación a los licitadores y candidatos en la forma prevista en el artículo 151 de la LCSP.

\nNo obstante, podrá utilizar cualquier otro recurso, si así lo cree conveniente, bajo su responsabilidad.",
