Constituye el objeto del contrato la ejecución de las obras de reparación, mantenimiento y mejora de la eficiencia energética del polideportivo municipal Darío Gómez Gil contenidas en el Proyecto técnico, redactado por el arquitecto Gonzalo Latorre, de acuerdo al mismo y a las determinaciones contenidas en este pliego y en el de prescripciones técnicas.
