El objeto de la presente contratación es garantizar, con carácter estrictamente temporal, la continuidad de los servicios actualmente prestados por VIEWNEXT, S.A. al amparo de los expedientes 1567/2023, 323/2024 y 324/2024

\nLa empresa ha presentado una oferta que cumple los requisitos técnicos mínimos y las restantes condiciones establecidas en el Documento de invitación y condiciones de contratación, manteniendo los ocho perfiles profesionales exigidos.

\nDurante la fase de negociación se ofreció a VIEWNEXT, S.A. la posibilidad de reducir los precios unitarios inicialmente ofertados. La empresa presentó su oferta definitiva manteniendo los precios iniciales, sin que se produjera una mejora económica adicional.
\n
\nLos precios unitarios definitivos, IVA excluido, son los siguientes: analista funcional COBOL, 59,33 euros/hora; analista orgánico JAVA, 55,79 euros/hora; y consultor técnico COBOL, 73,88 euros/hora.
\n
\nEl importe máximo de adjudicación asciende a 527.910,45 euros, IVA excluido, respetando el presupuesto máximo establecido. Se ha comprobado el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos con carácter previo a la adjudicación y la constitución de la garantía definitiva.

\nEn consecuencia, se considera que la oferta presentada resulta técnica y económicamente adecuada para satisfacer la necesidad definida en el expediente, sin que proceda una valoración comparativa entre ofertas al concurrir un único licitador.",
