El objeto del contrato es garantizar, con carácter estrictamente temporal, la continuidad de los servicios de asistencia técnica para el desarrollo, mantenimiento y evolución de las aplicaciones, componentes y servicios corporativos actualmente prestados por CAPGEMINI ESPAÑA, S.L. al amparo del expediente 2097/2021

La solvencia técnica queda acreditada, entre otros documentos, mediante certificado expedido por el CCS correspondiente al expediente 3612/2022, que acredita servicios similares ejecutados durante 2024 por importe superior al mínimo de 40.335,75 euros establecido en el Documento de invitación.
\nEn relación con los requisitos técnicos mínimos, CAPGEMINI ESPAÑA, S.L. ha identificado al analista funcional adscrito al contrato, aportando su currículo y titulación oficial de Ingeniero Técnico en Informática de Sistemas, equivalente al nivel MECES 2, así como documentación relativa a su experiencia y conocimientos profesionales. Asimismo, se ha designado a la coordinadora del servicio y se ha aportado el Anexo IV de protección de datos debidamente cumplimentado y firmado por CAPGEMINI ESPAÑA, S.L., para su posterior formalización por el CCS.
\nEn consecuencia, se considera correctamente cumplimentado el requerimiento de documentación previa a la adjudicación y acreditado el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos en el Documento de invitación y condiciones de contratación.
\nPor otra parte, la oferta económica definitiva, ratificada expresamente por CAPGEMINI ESPAÑA, S.L., cumple los límites económicos establecidos, sin que durante la fase de negociación se haya producido modificación de los precios inicialmente ofertados ni de las restantes condiciones contractuales.",
