ADJUDICAR el contrato de servicios tramitado mediante procedimiento negociado sin publicidad titulado SERVICIO DE MANTENIMIENTO INTEGRAL ANUAL DE LOS ASCENSORES DEL FARO DE MONCLOA, a la mercantil SCHINDLER, S.A, con NIF A50001726, al haber presentado en tiempo y forma la documentación que le fue requerida en su calidad de mercantil propuesta como adjudicataria en su calidad de empresario determinado al que se refiere el Artículo 168 a) 2ª de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, fundamentada en base a la singularidad del Faro de Moncloa, así como por cuestiones de seguridad, debido a la necesidad de evacuación del mirador a través de los ascensores, y por las razones técnicas indicadas en los pliegos que rigen la presenta licitación, para realizar el mantenimiento a cargo del fabricante de los ascensores.
