El objeto de este contrato lo constituye la prestación de servicios especializados de asesoramiento jurídico integral, así como la representación y defensa en juicio de la AIPI ante el orden jurisdiccional contencioso administrativo para la defensa de las resoluciones dictadas al amparo de la ley 2/2023, en aquellos casos en que el servicio no pueda ser prestado por la Abogacía del Estado
