        "Description": "Artículo 87 apartado/s 1.a) de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP): Se requiere acreditar un volumen anual de negocios referido al mejor ejercicio dentro de los tres últimos disponibles, por importe igual o superior a 52.000,00 €.
\nEl volumen anual de negocios se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho registro, y en caso contrario por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrito. Los empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil. En caso de no poder acreditarlo por este medio, se acreditará mediante certificación bancaria y declaración responsable del empresario indicando su volumen de negocio global de la empresa.
\nJustificación de los criterios de solvencia económica exigida: Con este requisito de solvencia se busca obtener información relativa a la capacidad del empresario para hacer frente a las obligaciones que el contratista debe contraer, es decir, que el licitador está capacitado para ejecutar en forma adecuada el contrato para cuya adjudicación concurre, disponiendo de los medios económicos necesarios, sin que dicha exigencia pueda considerarse que resulte restrictiva de la libre concurrencia o discriminatoria.",
